Carpe Diem Maldives is proud to announce our cooperation with Ms Beth Neale, 4x South African National Freediving Champion and African Continental Record Holder, Ocean Conservationist and Filmmaker. She will be joning the Carpe Vita from January 3/10, 2021 to promote the Maldives amongst free divers and others.
In September 2019 she broke another record with a no-fins freedive to 50M/164ft raising over $20,000 for the Bermuda Zoological Society’s ocean education programs for children. Beth has dedicated the last 6 years to ocean conservation initiatives in South Africa, Mozambique and Bermuda.
Beth is currently Producing and Directing the world’s first reality freediving TV Series, and she has spent 2020 freediving and filming some of world’s greatest ocean events. As a Master Instructor, she has taught over 500 adults freediving, and 3,000 children ocean conservation and freediving. She has a corporate background in wildlife film production, and is sharing the magic of the ocean through digital media. Beth founded her company Aqua Souls 3 years ago with the goal of sharing the transformational power of her greatest passion. She also uses unique videos to entice people with the beauty of our underwater world, leading them to take the plunge for themselves!
